Kim was able to offer extensive knowledge on all things AAC device related and sent me all the information and links I needed before I even ordered anything. Kim was able to custom make us a keyguard which ultimately saved me from getting me a really heavy AAC device which we did not want to commit to at this stage. The keyguard was a perfect fit, can easily come on and off compared to the ones on dedicated devices, and arrived promptly and was incredibly reasonably priced.
